During my stay at Rooms At the Apple Pie, I was impressed by the great location in Ambleside and the cleanliness of the compact room on the ground floor. What stood out was the affordability of this B&B compared to others in the area, especially considering the included amenities like parking.

One minor downside during my stay was the noise from people walking in the room upstairs.

Stunning views of Lake Windermere from the skylight—bonus nightly stargazing! the delicious sausage rolls and apple pies provide a perfect treat. Staff very helpful and parking super convenient.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the town. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated, with little touches like a gingerbread cake waiting for us. We also appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided, such as a drying room for our wet boots and fresh coffee making facilities in the room. The hotel had its own cafe, which served delicious breakfasts. we couldn't fault this place and will definitely be returning.

This place is centrally located and easy to find. The roof conversion is superb and offers a great view of the surrounding area. The famous bridge house is right across from here, making for a picturesque setting. The service is top-notch, with a warm welcome and even a welcome drink upon arrival. The room amenities, such as ironing facilities and heating, are excellent. There is also a flat-screen TV and an electric kettle for convenience. The dining restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious dishes. The staff here are super friendly and go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. In fact, when we left something in the room, they even arranged for it to be posted back to us. this hotel is a great choice for anyone looking to stay in this area.

We stayed at the Apple Pie for a weekend getaway and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and gave us a warm welcome. The interior of the hotel was clean and tidy, with lots of little extras like a drying room for our wet walking boots. We also appreciated the fresh coffee making facilities in our room. The location was great, with convenient parking and plenty of nearby eateries. The bed was comfy and the room had everything we needed, including a charming sloping ceiling that allowed us to see the night sky through a large skylight window. We can't wait to come back!

This cozy guest house is conveniently located right in the center of town, making it easy to explore all that Ambleside has to offer. The limited parking available at the guest house can be a bit of a hassle and additional cost for guests who have to use a car park.

We love this property! It's our 3rd time staying here. Right in the heart of town, great location. Staff are always helpful. Rooms are clean and we love the little gingerbread cake they leave for us. Very good value for money. Will definitely return and would recommend to anyone.

Great location, right in the heart of the town. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated, and there was a drying room to use for our wet clothes. The parking was very convenient too. We loved that there were tea and coffee making facilities in the room and the complimentary gingerbread was a nice touch.

The staff was not very welcoming and didn't seem interested in helping us with our queries. The breakfast was overrated and overpriced. We didn't feel like it was worth eating there and there were no other options nearby due to the holiday period. The room was quite small and we could hear noise throughout the night. it didn't feel like good value for the money we paid.
