The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and right in the city center. This made it very convenient for exploring the high street and attending a private event at the newly opened Brasserie. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a vintage lift and a bar onsite. The staff were friendly and efficient, making check-in easy and ensuring that we had everything we needed. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and our room was modern and newly renovated. it was a great experience.

The lack of air conditioning or fan in the rooms can be uncomfortable during hot weather, and leaving the windows open is not an option due to noise from the nearby junction.

This place is located at the center of the town, in a wonderful area, right opposite the castle. The staff, especially the check-in receptionist, were lovely and very efficient. They made me feel welcome and I couldn't fault any of the service. The room amenities were great, with ironing facilities, heating, and tea and coffee facilities. I also enjoyed relaxing on the terrace and the garden furniture was a nice touch. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area were both excellent. The dinner was delicious, and they even had special diet menus available. the staff here were friendly and efficient, and the location was perfect.

Amazing Easter stay! the hotel was ideally located near all the main attractions, making it easy to explore the beautiful city. the staff were friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the Easter-themed decorations and treats that were offered, adding a festive touch to our visit.

We did have a few issues during our stay. the room we initially stayed in was in need of renovation and had some maintenance issues.
