The location was perfect, close to all the attractions. The staff, especially Terry at the bar, made us feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. The food was delicious, with good portion sizes, and being able to book a time to eat meant the restaurant wasn't overcrowded. The rooms and bathrooms were spotlessly clean, and the towels provided were large and fluffy.

The value for money at Ruskin Hotel was excellent, the room was clean and the beds were incredibly comfy. The location was great and the staff treated us with politeness and friendliness throughout our stay.

The breakfast could have been improved by allowing guests to serve themselves coffee, as by the time the staff came around to take our order, we had already finished eating.

The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, as it is so close to everything. With the beachfront just a stone's throw away, you can easily take a leisurely stroll along the coast. The entertainment provided by the hotel is also great, offering a fun evening option for those who prefer to stay in. The rooms are spacious and suitable for families, which is a definite advantage. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable.

There aren't many vegetarian options available for breakfast, which can be disappointing for those with dietary restrictions.

This hotel is great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. Its location in a nice area near the theatres and beach is ideal, with good shops nearby. The service provided by the staff is excellent, and the basic amenities in the rooms, including a cooler, add to the comfort of the stay. The large comfortable bed ensures a good night's sleep, and the breakfast served at 8.45am offers a variety of delicious dishes to choose from.

One small area that could be improved is the cleanliness of the rooms. Although overall the hotel is exceptionally clean, it seems that some aspects, like under the chair where a ketchup sachet was found or the duvet that was simply thrown over the sheet, were not thoroughly cleaned or straightened.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, with large beds and modern en suite bathrooms. the staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring that guests have a pleasant stay. The breakfast served at the hotel is more than adequate, offering a variety of options to choose from.

The only drawback that I found was that the bathroom in the rooms was a little small, making it a bit challenging to move around, especially when getting in and out of the shower.

The hotel's location was convenient as it was close to the town centre and main attractions. However, I was occasionally disturbed by the noise from scaffolding works and what seemed like bin men racing with industrial bins in the alleyway. The room was comfortable and spotless, offering a soft and comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of hot choices, fruits, yogurts, and cereals. The staff was wonderfully friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. The hotel also had a parking garage at the rear, which was convenient for guests.

The noise from the scaffolding works and racing bins in the alleyway was occasionally disruptive.

loved our stay in blackpool. this hotel surpassed our expectations. great location, friendly staff, delicious food, and excellent entertainment. can't wait to come back!

Shower was faulty.

The complementary breakfast was amazing, with a wide range of options to choose from and great service from the staff. We also loved how close the hotel was to the main attractions, making it easy to explore everything around. Another great aspect was the cozy and comfortable beds, which made it easy to get a good night's sleep after long days out and about.

There were a few things we weren't happy with. First of all, the room was quite small and cramped, which made it uncomfortable to spend time in when we weren't out and about.

The entertainment was top-notch, with talented performers like Andy Morley and Jo Ashcroft. The location was perfect, close to shops and the promenade. The food and service in the restaurant were excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for a fun-filled weekend.

Had a great time here over Christmas! the staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean. Loved the fact that they had entertainment every night, it really added to the festive atmosphere. the location was ideal, just a short walk from all the shops and attractions. And the best part was the delicious breakfast every morning, it was a great way to start the day.

There were a couple of drawbacks though. the noise from the entertainment and other guests late at night was a bit bothersome, so maybe ask for a quieter room if you're a light sleeper.
