the staff were amazing, always quick to address any issues or requests with a smile. the location was excellent, with the tube station and plenty of pubs and restaurants right on my doorstep. the room itself was surprisingly spacious and the breakfast offered a good variety of choices. I was impressed with the service and amenities provided by Seraphine Hammersmith.
