I had an amazing stay at this hotel in a beautiful valley with stunning views. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch and the hotel facilities were great. The parking was convenient and the location was perfect for my appointment in the Saltash area. The breakfast served was delicious and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

This wonderful B&B is located in a lovely area, nestled on a working farm with adorable lambs and sheep in the fields. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. The bathroom is equipped with a great shower and fluffy towels. The friendly staff provides excellent service, especially during breakfast, where you can enjoy a huge and delicious meal with fresh juice and coffee. The sitting room is cozy and features a large TV for entertainment.

There was one small negative aspect about the hotel.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a lovely peaceful location in Cornwall. the hosts at the B&B were very accommodating, especially when my husband fell ill and they allowed us to stay on for a few extra hours. the breakfast included was fabulous, with a wide variety of options using the finest local produce. the room we stayed in was spacious and had breathtaking views of the Cornish countryside. It was the perfect escape after a hectic day dropping off our daughter at university in Plymouth. We felt truly welcome and enjoyed the peace and quiet of our surroundings. We will definitely be returning for another visit to Smeaton Farm Luxury B&B.

We were impressed by the fantastic breakfast and comfortable bed at the B&B! The views of the countryside were beautiful, and the armchairs were really comfy. The hosts were really helpful and understanding, even when we had a breakdown and arrived late in the night. The rooms and communal areas were spotless and well-maintained. We also enjoyed the spacious and well-appointed room, complete with lovely embroidered linen and fluffy towels. The generous and delicious breakfast served in the dining room overlooking the farm land was a highlight. We also appreciated having access to a comfortable sitting room with a large TV exclusively for guests.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious hotel and I must say it was a truly memorable experience. Breakfasts were wholesome with plenty of choice. Rooms were luxuriously clean and comfortable. The owners were accommodating, offering an extra night when a cancellation came up. The peaceful countryside location provided a perfect escape.

The property was beautiful, comfortable and quiet. Great breakfast choices and in a good location. Good communication with hosts and had everything you needed. Even goats, sheep, and kittens!

Incredible country getaway surrounded by picturesque fields and adorable lambs and cows. The spacious family room was perfect for our needs, and waking up to such a magical view was a highlight. The breakfast was absolutely outstanding, with my son declaring it the best English breakfast we've had in years!

The views from our room were absolutely perfect, with 2 windows providing us with almost a 180° view. The lady host was incredibly kind and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfasts were delicious, with a lovely full English on our first day and other options on the second day. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean. this place was quiet, luxurious, and provided excellent service.
