I had a fantastic stay at the St Clair Hotel. The room I stayed in was clean and tidy, providing a comfortable and peaceful environment for a good night's sleep. Despite the small size of the room, it was perfectly adequate for my needs. The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, ensuring that all of my needs were met throughout my stay. The highlight, however, was the delicious food served at the hotel's restaurant. Both breakfast and dinner were included in my package, and I thoroughly enjoyed every meal. The pub within the hotel added a cozy and enjoyable atmosphere to the overall experience. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the Wi-Fi not working in my room and the TV being unavailable, these issues were quickly resolved and did not significantly impact my stay. I highly recommend the St Clair Hotel for a pleasant and satisfying experience.

The couple who owns the hotel were welcoming and accommodating, especially since they primarily cater to larger groups. Our single room was spacious and comfortable, with an excellent bed. the bathroom was large, though the sink could use some improvement. Despite being located at the end of the corridor on the second floor, we experienced no noise disturbances. the hotel's restaurant was modern and pleasant, although the new team could benefit from further training. the owner even offered us a lift when we missed our bus to the ferry, which we greatly appreciated. We would definitely stay at this hotel again if we find ourselves in Thurso.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was well-equipped. The staff were amiable and helpful, even assisting with luggage. The floors outside the room were quite noisy, causing disturbances from other guests during the stay.

In a quiet location near the train station, with comfy rooms, tasty breakfast, and friendly staff. Perfect for families or individuals visiting Thurso.

The hotel is situated in a convenient location, close to pubs with lively music and offering easy access to Orkney in the early morning on a Ferry. The breakfast is well-prepared and the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortably furnished, with excellent shower facilities and a bright atmosphere. The hotel offers good value for money compared to other hotels in the area.

This hotel was a great choice for our stay in the area. the room was clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. We loved the modern dining room, and the food was fantastic. We even had a different menu available each day.

The breakfast could have been better. We had to ask for things like butter and cutlery, as they weren’t provided on the table, and when we asked for porridge it wasn't really up to our standards.
