The staff were very helpful and friendly, always willing to assist with any needs or questions. the location was stunning, with picturesque views of the surrounding countryside. the food at the hotel was excellent, especially the salads which were simply the best I have ever tasted.

The prices at the hotel were quite steep, making it difficult to justify the expense. the decor was tired and the rooms felt dark and outdated.

The Abbey Great Malvern is a fantastic hotel located in the heart of a charming town. The comfortable lounge area adjacent to Malvern Priory & Hills is the perfect place to relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. Additionally, there is a lovely cafe next door that guests can easily visit. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean, with comfy furniture and stunning views of the Abbey and distant countryside. The service is friendly and responsive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast is delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. it's a great base for exploring the town and enjoying a relaxing getaway.

Some areas of the hotel, such as the dining room in the evening, lack a bit of ambience and could use some improvements in terms of decor and lighting.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel in Malvern and had an incredible experience. The location could not have been more perfect, as it was right in the center of town, nestled on a hill and just across the road from the theater. The convenience of being so close to shops, the Priory Church, and the Winter Gardens was unbeatable.

We decided to make the beautiful Malvern hills our centre for a weekend break to the Malvern area. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the Worcestershire Beacon and the hills right outside our room. The room itself was well appointed and spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with excellent service throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of hot and cold options. We also enjoyed the lounge and bar areas, which offered a cozy and relaxed atmosphere.

One minor downside was the lack of plug sockets in the room, but the staff were quick to provide a multi-extension when we requested it.

I also appreciated the complimentary toiletries provided in the bathroom. the hotel's location was convenient and close to many shops and restaurants.
