The hotel itself was great value for money, with affordable prices that didn't break the bank. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds that provided a restful night's sleep. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. All in all, this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay in Newcastle.

The Avenue Bed And Breakfast provides a pleasant stay in a quiet leafy residential area only one mile from the city centre. The staff are warm and friendly, offering excellent service. The rooms are comfortable and warm, with good showers and hot water. There is plenty of tea and coffee in the rooms, as well as fresh milk available. The breakfast is delicious and served with great service. The hotel is clean and tidy, and the WiFi connection is reliable.

Some parts of the hotel are currently undergoing renovation.
