We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the centre of town, making it convenient for exploring all the local sights. The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect for us. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We loved all the complimentary amenities, including the toothbrush kits and the luxurious bathroom with its high-quality toiletries. The food at the hotel's restaurant was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast with its extensive menu of cooked options. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

I recently stayed at Banyers House for a weekend getaway and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially the young ones who made a great effort to provide excellent service. The breakfast selection was top-notch and the food itself was delicious. The hotel's location was convenient and the presence of a cozy log fire added to the warm atmosphere. Additionally, the staff were knowledgeable and always ready to help. The free onsite parking was definitely a bonus. Lastly, our room was lovely and comfortable, with all our tea/coffee and bathroom needs catered for.

Totally recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing Xmas getaway at this hotel. the beautifully appointed rooms with excellent furniture and lovely en-suite bathrooms made our stay comfortable and luxurious. the location was perfect, with easy access to key attractions and a vibrant atmosphere. the breakfast menu offered a delicious range of cooked meals, including the mouthwatering avocado with poached eggs on sourdough toast.

Despite the overall positive experience, we did have a couple of minor issues. the room could have been cleaner, as there were some dust and hair around the edges of the bathroom floor.

The hotel was decorated beautifully with Christmas lights and had a cozy atmosphere. the staff was friendly and offered hot cocoa and eggnog in the lobby. the location was great as it was close to shopping and restaurants.

The room was small and outdated, not what we expected for the price. the noise level was unbearable, we could hear every conversation and every movement from the room next door.

our weekend trip to royston exceeded expectations. the hotel was stunning with comfortable rooms and friendly staff. the breakfast was delicious with plenty of vegetarian options. we will definitely stay here again if we return to the area.
