I always return to my favorite spot. the staff once saved my night fixing a room issue. It has all I need: Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, Restaurant, Fitness centre, Indoor pool, Spa. I'll be back for Christmas!

The staff were super friendly and our room had an awesome view of the sea. We loved the massage and jacuzzi at the spa - so relaxing! the only downside was the staff being a bit inattentive during dinner - felt like they were not present, but overall, the hotel was fantastic! 🌟.

rooms are clean and comfortable. the hotel is a short stroll to the city center - close to great restaurants, and the maritime museum. staff were friendly and accommodating - offering designated parking and a sea-view room option.

I stayed at a fantastic hotel for a leisure trip for several nights. the large double Seaview balcony room had stunning views. the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options. the staff was friendly and attentive, especially during breakfast service. the location was superb, close to the beach, and provided a panoramic view of Pendennis Castle and the sea.

We also found the historic Victorian building charming and full of character.

While our overall experience was positive, there were a few areas that could be improved. the evening meal in the restaurant was disappointing, with slow service and inedible food.

The Falmouth Hotel in Falmouth was chosen by my director for a business trip, and I had a pleasant stay overall. the inviting indoor heated swimming pool was the perfect place to relax and unwind after a busy day of meetings. the location of the hotel near the city center and Maritime Museum was convenient for exploring the area. the grand old Victorian building added a charming touch to the experience.

More choice of breakfast options.

The breakfast at Falmouth was a feast fit for a king, with mushrooms so divine they could make you weep, and eggs with yolks redder than a sunset. the pool was a cool oasis, the staff a delight, and the location a seaside dream. Plus, the grounds were a riot of color. Let’s not forget the lush curtains and carved cutlery cabinet! Now, let me spill two more juicy positives: the walk-in shower was heaven, and the dinners were plated to perfection.

While we danced through a culinary wonderland, the lack of room service left us craving more, and those treacherous potholes in the car park almost swallowed us whole. But even when the dining bar was a challenge, Falmouth still sparkled like a seaside gem under the Cornish sun.

The view and the location were sweet! Right across Guillybeach – score! the staff were super friendly; they made my granddaughter's 18th birthday special with treats and a spa session. A+ for the thoughtful touch.

The hotel felt like a time machine to the 19th century but not in a good way. the room was like a sauna, the decor was ancient, and the food was a letdown.

The kids adored the interactive play area and the Kids' Club activities. the spacious family room with bunk beds was a hit! the staff were warm and welcoming, making our family vacation unforgettable.
