The location of this hotel was right next to a lovely church, giving it a peaceful and charming atmosphere. The staff were very attentive in a non-intrusive manner, always making sure that I was comfortable and taken care of. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities and tea and coffee facilities. I also enjoyed the sitting area and the terrace, which provided a cozy and relaxed space to unwind. The dining options were excellent, with a restaurant and bar that served delicious food and had a great selection of drinks.

The staff provided excellent service throughout my stay, and the breakfast was delicious. I especially enjoyed sitting outside in the beer garden, taking in the picturesque surroundings. Another nice touch was the fresh milk and water provided in the mini fridge.

The wifi connection was not the best, which was a minor inconvenience.

The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location, just 10 minutes away from Slimbridge WWT, was perfect for our nature-loving hearts. The old pub has a charming character and we enjoyed sitting in the lovely beer garden. The Cotswold way nearby offered breathtaking views for our long walk. we had a fantastic time and will definitely be recommending this hotel!

The Frocester Stonehouse is a well-situated refurbished coaching inn that offers a great location in a beautiful area. The hotel has clean and modern rooms with spacious and well-equipped bathrooms. The friendly staff provide excellent service and the breakfast is above average, with bread made on the premises. Guests can also enjoy the convenience of tea, coffee, and hot chocolate selection in the rooms, as well as the option for fresh milk. The hotel is perfectly located to explore Bath, Bristol, the Cotswolds, Gloucester, and Cirencester.

The bedroom furniture has a bit of a generic 1990s hotel feel, which could be improved to enhance the overall ambiance.

We enjoyed the superb breakfast and evening meals. One key advantage was the no pet policy which ensured a pet-free room, perfect for us with allergies. a nearby park provided a wonderful setting for a fun-filled day out.

The hotel's location may be a downside for some as it can be pretty isolated. the staff were efficient and helpful but some could have given a smile or two.
