loved the stylish and comfortable room, felt like a B&B, with a quiet atmosphere and a nice bathtub. Impressed by the hot water supply. Clean and well-maintained. The staff was amazing and friendly, made us feel welcome. We had a delicious evening meal at the pub. The bedrooms were stunning with a new bathroom, carpet, and a comfortable bed. The breakfast was lavish and made to order. Will definitely come back someday!

The hotel's location was perfect, right in the center of town, close to the high street, the waterfront, and the Moor. The cleanliness of the rooms and bathroom was impeccable. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying.

I recently stayed at Jacobs Ladder Inn for a night during the Sea Shanty weekend. The location was perfect, just above the buzzing High Street. The room I had was a twin with a shared bathroom, but it was comfortable and had a great sea view. The pub downstairs had a fantastic atmosphere and served delicious food. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. The breakfast the next morning was also really good. a wonderful stay.

Despite a party happening in the evening, we couldn't hear any noise from our room. the bed was extremely comfortable, giving us a restful night's sleep. the breakfast options were delicious, with a full English and scrambled egg on toast being our favorites. the location was central, making it easy to access the shops and harbor. We highly recommend this inn for its excellent service and convenient location.
