my valentine's day stay at kings arms was exceptional. the upgrade, attentive staff, and cozy room made me feel at home. the manager Joanne ensured a high standard throughout my stay, and the location next to Hampton Court Palace was perfect. highly recommend!

Good location near public transport and park. Excellent breakfast and friendly staff. Safe, warm, and stylish room. Would choose it again for the amenities and convenience.

The hotel was conveniently located near the rear gates of a popular tourist attraction, making it easy for us to visit. the rooms were clean and had all the necessary amenities. the staff, especially John at reception, went out of their way to assist us with finding parking options, which was greatly appreciated.

The breakfast experience was a letdown. Many items on the menu were not available, including cereals and preserves.

I have been a local to this area my entire life and have eagerly anticipated the reopening of this establishment, and let me tell you, the transformation of Kings Arms has exceeded all expectations! It was like stepping into a whole new world, leaving behind the dark and tired pub from the past. The renovations have breathed new life into the hotel, creating a stunning space that seamlessly blends modernity with historic charm. The attention to detail in preserving the traditional features, such as the mosaic floor and fireplaces, is truly commendable. I had the pleasure of dining at the Six Restaurant & Bar, which pays homage to King Henry VIII's wives. The food was delicious, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Not to mention, the location is perfect, whether you're visiting the palace or venturing into central London. I cannot recommend Kings Arms enough, and I am already counting down the days until I can return!

The Kings Arms Kingston upon Thames provides a lovely comfortable stay. The hotel offers excellent value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail is commendable, from the well-equipped bathrooms to the smart decor throughout. The location is perfect for those attending the Radio Times event in the beautiful Hampton Court Palace gardens, as it is very close to both the palace and the nearby Hampton Court Park. The staff are friendly and provide a high standard of service, making you feel at home during your stay. The basic amenities are of a great standard, and the rooms are comfortable and well-appointed. Additionally, the breakfast included is a great perk, ensuring you start your day right.

The Kings Arms in Kingston upon Thames was the perfect location for our stay. Close to Bushy Park, Hampton Court Palace, and the train station. Most staff were extremely helpful and attentive. The room was nicely decorated with a separate area for clothes and drinks. Lovely outside area for evening drinks.

I recently stayed at a characterful hotel in a fantastic location. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with fresh decor. The outdoor patio seating area was a lovely spot to relax. The English food served at the pub downstairs was fantastic. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel is fantastic value for money! The prices are affordable, especially considering the attention to detail. The location is perfect, right next to the entrance of Hampton Court Palace and in a wonderful area. The staff are super friendly and the basic amenities are all there. The rooms, even though they have single beds, are comfortable and have lovely touches, like a lovely bathroom. Plus, breakfast is included!

The only let down was the restaurant and bar not being open for two out of the three nights of our stay.

The hotel was situated in a great location, with easy access to key attractions in the area. the rooms were clean and had everything we needed, including a comfortable double bed and a great shower.

The menu for lunch and dinner was a bit limited and the pricing was quite high for what was offered. the noise level in the hotel was a bit of an issue.
