The hotel was conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to explore the area. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. the free WiFi provided was a nice bonus.

The condition of the salt and pepper condiments on the table was poor, and there was a lack of breakfast options, with no fruit juices offered on the second day. there was a disruptive fire alarm that went off in the middle of the night, causing frustration and leaving us feeling alarmed.

My room was spotlessly clean with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. Despite the hotel's central location, I was impressed by how quiet it was inside. The breakfast was superb and the staff were very accommodating. I would recommend this hotel to others.

We had a fantastic stay in this city! The hotel location was superb, being so close to absolutely everything. We were right by the old city walls and within easy walking distance of all the attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the rooms were tidy and clean. The hotel facilities were great, with a lovely little beer garden to relax in. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home.

The Pied Bull was fantastic value for money, with a well-appointed room and all the home comforts. The location was perfect, close to restaurants, bars, and the Christmas markets, allowing us to explore everything Chester had to offer. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, from organizing a large group arrival to providing support for disabled guests. We couldn't have asked for more helpful and friendly service.

There was no soundproofing in the room, causing us to hear every little noise from the adjoining rooms. the bed was uncomfortable, desperately in need of a new mattress.

The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the center of town and close to everything. It's very easy to walk everywhere from here, and the local heritage and points of interest are just a stone's throw away. Additionally, the beer garden is great for a drink and to unwind.

The service could have been better as we had to wait ages for a member of staff to come over, while two people who came in after us were served first.

My partner and I had a lovely romantic getaway in this charming inn. the rooms were unexpectedly modern and spotlessly clean. the staff were incredibly welcoming and the pub grub was top-notch.

Despite the convenient location, we found the noise level to be quite high at night, likely due to a lack of secondary glazing. the revellers kept us up, even on a weeknight, and we were awoken early by drey men.

Gorgeous room, stunning period fireplace, beautiful dark beams in the pub, perfect location near the cathedral, easy access to town center, amazing period buildings.
