The hotel is in an excellent location right on the little harbour, offering stunning views of the coastline and beach. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with gorgeous recently refurbished bedrooms and a stylish but relaxed ambiance. The staff were welcoming and the restaurant served delicious food using local produce. This city is very dog friendly, and the hotel even provided breakfast sausages for our furry friend.

I recently stayed at The Porlock Weir Hotel for four nights and was thoroughly impressed. The location is superb, with stunning views of the harbour and sea. The hotel's contemporary interior with classic touches is beautiful and inviting. The staff was exceptional, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The overall ambience and relaxation offered by the hotel, along with its friendly staff and amazing location, made my stay truly fantastic. An added bonus was the complimentary upgrade to a room with breathtaking harbour views. The little touches like a stocked pantry made the experience even more enjoyable. I will definitely be returning to this dog-friendly hotel with its gorgeous refurbished rooms, roaring log fires, and proximity to fantastic local walks.

The Porlock Weir Hotel exceeded our expectations. The value for money was excellent, and our room was tastefully decorated and comfortable, with its own sitting area and a beautiful view of the harbour. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the sea and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The breakfast could be improved with in-room tea/coffee facilities. It would be more convenient to have the option to enjoy a hot beverage without having to leave the room in the morning.

I had a fantastic experience at this lovely, recently renovated hotel. The top floor room I stayed in had a breathtaking sea view, and it was incredibly comfortable. The hotel staff were friendly and always ready to assist. The food at the restaurant was excellent, especially the wood-fired pizzas. The location was quiet and peaceful, with plenty of opportunities for scenic walks nearby. it was a great find!

I recently stayed at The Porlock Weir Hotel for a short break in North Somerset. The hotel's location right on the seafront provided me with fantastic views over the Bristol Channel and Wales. The quaint village surrounding the hotel had charming specialist shops, and it was a great base for exploring the beautiful hills and vales of Exmoor. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I truly felt at home in the relaxed atmosphere of the hotel.

My stay at the Weir was absolutely fantastic! The location was stunning, especially if you love boats and enjoy walking along the coast. We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful hotel in Porlock Weir. the breakfast was delicious, especially when we added our own flavors to the plain dishes. the staff went above and beyond to ensure our experience was enjoyable, despite being short-handed. There are also amazing local outlets, including the Ship Inn, Styles ice creams, Porlock Bay oysters, and Ziangs Curry Laksa. We loved the bustling atmosphere during the day and the calmness at night when most people have left.

The rooms were a reasonable size and the ensuite was spacious. The hotel was recently refurbished and it showed, with attention to detail in the cozy decor. The breakfast was delicious, especially the smoked salmon and scrambled eggs. it was a peaceful and enjoyable stay with amazing views.
