The kids had a blast with the on-site playgrounds and movie nights. the kitchenette in our cozy room was a game-changer, making family meals a breeze. the hosts were incredibly attentive, making us feel right at home.

My wife says that having more children's activities would enhance the family-friendly experience.

The B&B is conveniently located with easy access to nearby pubs, the Post Office, and a Co-op. The rooms are beautifully decorated and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and ample storage space. The breakfast options are varied, including a good selection of bread, pastries, crumpets, fruit. The kitchen area is a charming spot to enjoy a meal, with its vintage Cath Kidston style decor.

The lack of in-room coffee making facilities was a disappointment. Guests have suggested providing a cafetiere with ground coffee for a better experience.

The location was perfect for my work, staff were friendly, and the food was delicious. My room was spacious and comfortable, with a great shower. A few maintenance issues were promptly fixed. The shared kitchen was convenient, but dinner service in the outdoor tent was disappointing with cold, mixed-up food and slow service. the in-room dining experience was fantastic.

Our stay at this place was mind-blowing! the Studio was super comfortable, with jaw-dropping beds, excellent cooking facilities, and a spacious, clean bathroom. the included essentials in the fridge were a nice touch. the separate entrance was convenient, and the location was quiet but not isolated. We felt warmly welcomed, and the continental breakfast supplies were EXCEPTIONAL. the on-site Tipi tent dining experience was fantastic, offering great food and a friendly atmosphere. Can't wait to stay here again!

My stay at the Porterhouse was simply wonderful. The kitchen was stocked with an abundance of delicious breakfast ingredients, making it a joy to start each day. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower room was top-notch. I appreciated having access to a beautifully appointed kitchen, although it would have been easier to eat if the chairs were a bit lower. Nonetheless, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant experience overall. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as traffic noise and limited breakfast options, I would highly recommend this hotel. it was a fantastic stay.

The wifi was reliable, which was important for me as I needed to stay connected. I also appreciated the help yourself kitchen, as it gave me the flexibility to prepare my own meals. I recently had an amazing stay at a charming little pub with outstanding food. the separate entrance to our room provided privacy, and the comfortable furnishings were beautifully done. And let's not forget the best shower ever! Despite being located near the pub, it was surprisingly quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. the self-service breakfast was a great idea, with a variety of options including delicious bread, cereal, yoghurts, and fruit. the staff were extremely friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, being just a short drive from Cambridge, it was excellent value for money.

I recently stayed at The Porterhouse for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The room was beautifully furnished, with a comfortable bed and the best shower I've ever had. The pub downstairs served outstanding food, and the self-service breakfast was a great idea, with a lovely selection of bread, cereal, yoghurts. a superb place to stay, just a short distance from Cambridge.
