I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring that I had a great night's sleep. The hotel's location on the sea front made it so convenient to hop on the tram, as the tram stop was right beside the hotel. I also appreciated the fact that the television in my room had a wide range of freeview channels, providing plenty of entertainment options. Moreover, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, and the breakfast provided was delicious.

The hotel is conveniently located right on the promenade, making it easy to access the main tourist attractions using the tram. It is situated in a quieter area, away from the hustle and bustle, but still close enough to all the attractions. The staff are described as hardworking, compassionate, and helpful, providing a high level of service. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with spotless bedrooms and comfy beds. The breakfast is reasonable, with options such as gluten-free toast available for those with dietary restrictions.

Some of the decor in the hotel is described as shabby, but this is overshadowed by the exemplary service provided by the staff.

We recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of the action on the sea front. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily access all the attractions. We were pleasantly surprised by the lovely bar area with a great atmosphere, where we could relax and enjoy a drink without being drowned out by noise. The rooms were clean and basic but had everything we needed, including a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The service was friendly and the breakfast provided a good start to the day.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right on the seafront. the beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. We really appreciated the friendly and welcoming staff.

The live entertainment in the hotel was very loud and went on until late at night, making it difficult to sleep. It seemed like the hotel catered more towards older guests, so it was a bit difficult to find space for our family to enjoy activities like bingo.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Blackpool, reliving childhood memories with my family. The hotel's location was perfect, right on the promenade and near two tram stops, making it incredibly convenient to reach all the main tourist attractions. It was great to be close enough to all the action, yet still nestled in a quieter area. Plus, being right next to the tram stop made exploring the city a breeze.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were fantastic, always attentive and helpful. The breakfast was exceptional, with plenty of choice and the portion sizes were really good. The location was ideal, with easy access to trams and buses, and it was lovely and quiet away from the noise of the main attractions. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with basic amenities including a big shower, TV, kettle, and tea/coffee facilities. The hotel also had lifts to all floors and entertainment every night, with the staff being great. I would definitely go back.

The only thing that could be improved was the parking situation.

The staff were lovely and friendly. The room was lovely and the bathroom was amazing. Our evening meal and breakfast were also very nice. We only stayed for one night but I'd definitely go back to this hotel for a bit longer next time. Everyone in our family of 5 enjoyed their stay. The location was also great.

Felt like being at home, nothing to complain about.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Royal Boston. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Alistair at reception was incredibly compassionate, helpful, and funny. He truly embodied professionalism in the hotel trade. I was also impressed with the spotless bedroom and the comfortable beds. Despite falling ill during my stay, Alistair's kindness more than made up for it. Additionally, the hotel took excellent care of my daughter's dietary needs, providing delicious gluten-free toast for her at breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a great location, right on the promenade and close to the tram stop. This made it incredibly easy for us to get to the main tourist attractions. We loved being able to hop on the tram and explore the city without any hassle. The staff at the hotel were also very friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. They were always ready to help with anything we needed, which made us feel very well taken care of. Additionally, the basic amenities in the room were exactly what we needed. The bed was comfortable and having a bath with an overhead shower was a nice touch. And let's not forget about breakfast - they served delicious sausages that we thoroughly enjoyed every morning.

The location was ideal, just a short stroll to the beach, and close to many shops and restaurants. the staff were friendly and helpful, always greeting guests with a smile. the hotel also offered a great selection of breakfast options and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

The noise level in the hotel was quite high at times, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the shower pressure wasn't very strong, making it difficult to get a hot shower.

Convenient location near tram and bus stops, ideal for exploring the area. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Good entertainment and attentive service. Lovely sea view from the front area. Great value for money. 10/10.
