We stayed at the Saracens Head Bed & Breakfast for a weekend getaway. The safety measures were impressive, with diligent staff ensuring cleanliness and sanitization. Lucy stood out with her exceptional customer service and delicious breakfast. The pub had ample space indoors and a large outdoor area for dining. The food was consistently excellent, and the manager went above and beyond to accommodate us. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff, including the bar staff, were helpful and friendly. Bonus: watching the llamas being fed added to the charm of the place.

Excellent double-sized shower and luxurious towels. High-quality continental breakfast with lovely outlook. Amazing value, would stay again. Gluten-free options and good portion sizes. Spacious room with working wifi.

our little getaway at the saracens head b&b in stafford was simply delightful. the location was lovely, the staff were excellent and the breakfast was of a good standard. the spacious and clean room with plenty of hot water was a bonus. we highly recommend a night here for a lovely stop off.

Our stay at the Saracens Head Bed & Breakfast was fantastic! The room was spacious and had a lovely view. We enjoyed watching the alpacas from our window, it was highly entertaining. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and the dinner options were excellent.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel offers the best of both worlds as it’s close to all the main attractions and public transport. the staff were very welcoming and always ready to offer tourist advice. the room was exceptionally clean, and the bathroom was equipped with lovely toiletries.

This hotel is a hidden gem. The rooms are clean, well-kept, and spacious with nice views out of the windows. The staff were excellent, always pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was a real treat, with a generous selection of tasty food cooked to order. The location happened to suit perfectly on this occasion, easily accessible and with lovely surroundings.

Great value for money, with a lovely room, complete with coffee and tea facilities, toiletries, and plenty of soft towels. The bed was comfortable, and I loved that I could log into Netflix if I had an account. The location was perfect, close to the showground and with beautiful walks nearby. The staff were fantastic, accommodating, and always went above and beyond. They even offered to go to their sister hotel to get us a bath plug when we discovered it was missing. The dinner in the restaurant was fabulous too, and the pub had a great ambiance, with delicious food and a nice beer garden to relax in.

Breakfast items could have been served quicker, as we had to wait for around 40 minutes for our veggie breakfast, despite being the first ones there. Another couple even walked out because they had somewhere to be.

The location of the hotel was great, with beautiful views and a character-filled lounge and bar. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing space after a long day of exploring. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast was excellent, offering a variety of choices to start the day off right.

The noise from the restaurant kitchen could be heard in some rooms, which could disrupt a peaceful night's sleep.
