The staff at Sea Bed Guesthouse were lovely and friendly. We were greeted by a helpful lady who assisted us with our bags and even helped us to the top floor. the hotel's exterior was beautiful and the location was perfect, within walking distance to everything. the cooked breakfast was good and there was plenty of toast available. the room we stayed in was spacious, light, and nicely decorated with modern features.

The free WIFI and the free breakfast were the best aspects of the stay. the location was also great as it was close to the beach and the town center. Plus, the staff was friendly and helpful.

The noise level from outside and the thin walls made it hard to sleep at night. the room was not what we expected based on the website pictures, and some of the furnishings looked outdated.

The hotel was conveniently located in the heart of the city, within walking distance of all amenities, shops, pubs, clubs, and beaches. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with sanitizers provided throughout. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that clean towels were regularly provided.

The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to all the bars, restaurants, and shops. We were also pleased to find that the beach was just a stone's throw away. Our room was comfortable and well-maintained, with clean linen and towels provided. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure our needs were met throughout our stay. the guesthouse had convenient facilities such as key code entry, which made our stay hassle-free.

The parking situation was a bit challenging, as there were limited spaces available.

I had a fantastic stay at Sea Bed Guesthouse in Newquay. The room was neat and clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center and close to the beaches, shops, and restaurants. The staff, especially Ben, were extremely helpful and friendly, providing great recommendations and information about the town. it was great value for money and I would highly recommend it to others.

In terms of the morning meal, it would have been even better if there were more options for coffee. As someone who drinks it black and unsweetened, the coffee served didn't really appeal to me.

Close to beach, quiet location, clean facilities, friendly host, convenient supermarkets nearby.

The value for money at Sea Bed Guesthouse was excellent, with compact rooms that had everything we needed including a small fridge and kitchenware. The location was perfect, with supermarkets, restaurants, and shops nearby, and the staff were incredibly friendly and responsive.

The breakfast menu could be improved with the addition of hand soap in the rooms, as we had to buy our own during our stay.

We loved the central location, within walking distance of shops, the beach, and various attractions. Ben, the owner, was incredibly attentive and made us feel right at home. The breakfast options were varied and delicious, catering to vegetarians and vegans. The location of the guesthouse was perfect, with the town and seafront just a short distance away. The manager of the guesthouse was friendly and approachable. The beds were made up daily and the rooms were kept clean.

Felt very safe and had no complaints whatsoever.

As longer term business travelers, we appreciated the warm welcome and compact rooms with all necessary amenities. The small fridge and provided plates, cutlery, and wine glasses were a nice touch. The breakfast was delicious and offered additional options upon request. The availability of a fruit basket throughout the day was a convenient perk.
