We stayed at Sun Hotel for a weekend getaway and it was absolutely lovely. The bridal suite was beautifully decorated and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for exploring the area and the property was spotlessly clean. The breakfast had a good selection of well-cooked food and the Sunday lunch was tasty too. The room had a comfortable bed and a great view of Warkworth Castle. a wonderful stay!

The management of the hotel was lacking, and it was evident through the messy reception area and the presence of rubbish in the parking areas. the noise and disturbances caused by other guests during the night made it difficult to sleep.

We were delighted to find a room available at short notice in this beautiful Period Property located in a stunning Conservation Area village. Room 1B, a small Single room, had all the necessary amenities, including an iron and ironing board. the ensuite had a fantastic rainfall shower. the breakfast menu was excellent and offered great value for money. We received a friendly and comprehensive welcome upon check-in. the staff were all very friendly and the hotel was conveniently located within a 5 minute walk of all town amenities.
