I recently stayed at The White Rock Hotel for a short weekend trip. The staff were excellent, providing a lovely warm welcome. The room was comfortable, warm, and spotlessly clean. The hotel's location right next to the White Rock Theatre and the seafront was fantastic. The WiFi was excellent, and the breakfast was equally fine. The friendly and helpful staff even relocated us to another room with a sea view when the shower in our original room broke. a great experience.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic, right on the sea front with a view of the pier. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The room was spacious and clean, with a newly refurbished bathroom that was excellent. The bed, although a bit soft and uncomfortable, did not detract from the overall experience.

Almost perfect.

I had to leave early and didn't have breakfast, but the hotel smelled nice. The lift was a nice convenience. The upgraded room was lovely with the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The bathroom had a great big bathtub and the sea views were amazing. The location was excellent, right across from the pier. The staff were kind and helpful. The room service was prompt and the food was very nice. Definitely recommended!

I had a fantastic time with my partner and Frenchie at a lovely hotel. The staff were all very friendly and made us feel welcome, especially because they loved dogs. The room was spacious enough for the three of us and the king size bed was perfect. The hotel is ideally situated, just a short walk to the old town. I had a great experience and would definitely visit again.

The location was fantastic, right by the pier and seafront. It was a great spot for enjoying the beach and exploring the town. the room we stayed in had a stunning view of the sea, which was a major highlight for us. the hotel provided a comfortable and pleasant experience.

The corridors in the hotel were narrow and in need of some maintenance. It was a bit of a maze to navigate around, especially with luggage.

The location of the hotel is ideal, conveniently close to the seaside and just a short walk from the pier. It is also directly opposite the beach, making it very convenient for those who want to enjoy a day of sun and sand. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious and modern, with some even having disabled-friendly facilities. The staff is friendly and the service is top-notch. The breakfast options are excellent, with a decent variety to choose from.

The noise from the busy road outside can be quite noticeable and may bother some guests.

Stayed in a sea view room which had an amazing view of the sea and pier. the location was great, mid-way between the old town and St Leonard's. Loved the terrace café, perfect for enjoying the fine weather and sea view. the staff was friendly and helpful, giving us a warm welcome upon arrival.

The road’s noise levels were quite high with the balcony doors open. the bed was firm, which may not be suitable for everyone.

The room we stayed in was impeccably clean and had all the necessary amenities like bottled water, tea/coffee, and a hairdryer. The location of the hotel was ideal for our needs, although it could get a bit noisy due to being on a main road. The staff were also very kind and went out of their way to assist us during our stay. We particularly enjoyed the well-cooked and well-presented food offered at the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, location, and excellent service.
