Stayed at Windmill for a weekend getaway. Spotless, newly refurbished rooms with charming quirks. Fast and reliable Wifi. Great restaurant, best ingredients, superb breakfast. Comfy bed, lovely carpets, and a perfect nightcap at the bar. Staff, especially Phil, were polite and friendly. Ideal location off the M20, with a village feel but convenient for Dover. Cons: Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel had superb amenities, with spotless rooms and a charming character. the staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, offering a delightful breakfast using the best ingredients. the location was convenient, less than 45 minutes from the train tunnel.

It would be helpful if the management could provide a notice to guests about this to avoid any inconvenience.

Great location just off M20 highway and close to Dover. the room was spacious, nicely decorated, and had a good bathroom. the staff were friendly and the Sunday food service was excellent, providing a cozy village atmosphere.

The noise from the main bar could be bothersome, especially if you need an early start. Wi-Fi was unreliable with multiple devices connected, causing disruptions.

The Windmill in Maidstone was a fantastic stay for my shy teens and me. the beautiful room, recently renovated, with high-quality fittings, was a sanctuary. Staff members Phil and Rob were exceptional, ensuring our comfort. the location was picturesque, and the hotel's charm added to the experience. Relaxing in the garden area and exploring nearby landmarks like Thurnham Castle and Stoneacre truly enhanced our family bonding.

The room featured a charming carpeted floor. As I entered, it felt like stepping onto a cloud of softness, a welcome retreat after a long journey. the cozy atmosphere, combined with the delicate decor, instantly made me feel at home.

Parking spaces were limited.

The hotel was super clean and had a quirky vibe, plus the Wi-Fi was on point for speedy browsing. the outdoor space was a gem, perfect for chillin' in the evenings or snagging some sun at brekkie. the only bummer was the late breakfast start time, which didn't quite jive with my work schedule – missed out on the yummy pancakes more than I would've liked. 🌟

I always return for my visits. Staff kindly helped me with a local taxi. This place suits me perfectly with Free Wi, Fi, Free parking, a Bar/Lounge, and a Restaurant. They also have a flat, screen TV, electric kettle, express check, in/out, and a children's menu. Coming back for Christmas! .
