We had a lovely romantic escape at the hotel. The room was cozy and the bathroom was clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we slept like babies. The hotel's location was perfect, close to the attractions and activities we wanted to visit. Additionally, the staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

There were no negatives during our stay. Everything was just as we expected and there were no complaints to be made.

Upon arrival, the bar staff warmly welcomed us and showed us to our room. The room itself was lovely and spacious, with a delightful ensuite featuring complimentary tea, coffee, and hot chocolate. The quirky "Witches brew" and "Wizards brew" mugs added a nice touch. We also had the pleasure of meeting the friendly pub dogs, Nelly and Molly, who quickly won our hearts.

Although we unfortunately only booked one night, I would definitely stay at The Witching Post again in the future. It was a memorable and enjoyable stay, thanks to the warm hospitality and attention to detail.

The inn is perfectly located in a gorgeous area, providing easy access to the coast to coast path. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The bathrooms are modern and well-maintained. The friendly staff goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast is delicious and cooked to order. The inn offers great facilities and amenities at a reasonable price.

The only drawback is the lack of a handrail in the bathroom, which could make it a bit challenging for some guests to get in and out of the bath.

The food, especially the Witching Burger, was delicious. Pete cooked us a fantastic breakfast each morning. We can't recommend this hotel more!
