We loved the welcoming atmosphere and friendly owners who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a fridge, kettle. The location was convenient, with shops and the beach within walking distance. Ample off-road parking was a bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was very close to a lovely beach. We enjoyed spending our days at Porth beach, which quickly became our favorite. The room was clean and comfortable, with a fridge and all the necessary amenities. The service provided by Julie, the hostess, was outstanding. She was friendly and helpful, providing us with valuable local information. The breakfast served at the hotel was excellent, and the free onsite parking was a convenient bonus.

The mattress in the room was a bit too soft for our liking.

the room was modern, spotless, and very comfortable. the hosts, Julie and her husband, were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the breakfasts were delicious and freshly made, with plenty of variety to choose from. the location of the guest house was perfect, only a short walk away from the beach, bars, and restaurants. I especially appreciated the private access to the side entrance, which gave me a sense of privacy and convenience. it was a wonderful stay and I will definitely be returning when I visit Newquay again.

This hotel ticks all the boxes for a comfortable stay. The rooms are beautifully furnished and decorated, with attention to every detail. I was impressed with the amenities, including a fridge and en-suite facilities. The staff were incredibly welcoming and provided useful information on the local area. Breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options including fresh fruit and a selection of coffees. The hotel's location near the beach and town centre was perfect for exploring.

During our stay at Tregarthen – Adult Only, we were delighted with the level of cleanliness and comfort in our room. The bed was so comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. We were pleasantly surprised by the abundance of amenities provided, such as the TV, Wi-Fi, fridge, and iPod dock. Additionally, the friendly and helpful nature of Julie and her husband made our stay even more enjoyable. The guest house also boasted a convenient location, just a short walk away from the beautiful beaches, bars, and restaurants.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the noise from the mini fridge and the lack of temperature control in the room, these were far outweighed by the positive aspects of our stay. we highly recommend Tregarthen – Adult Only to anyone looking for a fantastic and comfortable stay in Newquay.

We got great value for our money at Tregarthen - Adult Only. The room was modern, spotless, and very comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short walk into town, and the staff, particularly Leanne and Julie, treated us like family. It truly felt like a home away from home.

Breakfast offerings could be improved with a wider variety of options.

The location is ideal, as it is very easy to walk to most places, including the town centre and three beautiful beaches. it is conveniently near to our favourite beach of Lusty Glaze.

The room on the main road can be quite noisy with traffic in the morning and late in the evening.

What a fantastic weekend! the room was incredibly clean and well appointed, with a mini fridge and everything you could need to make your stay comfortable. the best aspects of the location were its proximity to great shops and restaurants, as well as the fact that it was just a short walk to the beach. I especially enjoyed the comfortable bed, which was perfect after a long day of sightseeing.

The room was a bit noisy due to its location on a busy road. However, the hotel provided earplugs which helped to make it manageable.
