The design of the rooms and the size of them offered great comfort. the location was very convenient as it was located in a lovely park with beautiful views.

the service at the restaurant wasn't the best and we would have appreciated less overattentiveness and more privacy.

The overall experience and value for money are top-notch. The hotel combines the charm of a Georgian country house with modern furnishings.

Clean rooms, nicely decorated. the staff were friendly and provided exceptional service, from check-in to showing us around. the gentleman at reception was wonderful and made us feel welcome. the property itself was grand and stunning, with beautiful outdoor seating areas. the air conditioning in the rooms was great, ensuring a comfortable sleep.

Some minor cleanliness issues in the room, like finding a flannel and cardboard under the bed. the portion sizes for meals were small, and the menu options were a bit confusing, unsure of what was included or if there were additional charges.

The location and general ambience are fantastic, and the reception staff are professional, speedy, and polite. There are lots of different areas to have meetings or get-togethers with family and friends, including a beautiful outdoor seating area.

Located in the nicest area, this hotel offers a peaceful stay in a little park. The rooms are welcoming and spotless, with unbelievably comfortable mattresses for a restful night's sleep. The bathrooms are lovely with refreshing showers. The staff are friendly and attentive, offering a complementary room upgrade upon arrival. Breakfast is reasonable and served by friendly staff. The hotel is conveniently close to the LCFC stadium, making it a great choice for conference events.

The hotel also had a museum in the stable block, which provided a fascinating glimpse into the history of the building. our experience as a couple was impeccable.

We had a fantastic stay at Winstanley House! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly and attentive staff. The hotel boasts a grand and clean appearance, with stunning decor throughout. Our room was beautifully laid out and immaculately clean. The blonde waitress in the restaurant was incredibly helpful and even answered my questions about the area. The hotel offers a delicious dinner and a great breakfast selection. The view over the surrounding park was a lovely bonus. a truly luxurious hotel experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The setting, nestled in a beautiful park, provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We enjoyed taking walks in the countryside and exploring the walled garden. The staff were extremely helpful and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The rooms were modern and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee making facilities. We especially appreciated the comfortable sitting area and the terrace with its garden furniture, where we could relax and enjoy the surroundings. The hotel also provided free toiletries and a flat-screen TV, adding to the comfort of our stay. The dining options were excellent, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area offering a diverse menu, including special diet options. the experience was top-notch, and we would highly recommend this place for a luxurious and relaxing stay.
