I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming inn in the countryside. The location was ideal, as it was close to both the attractions of the Forest of Dean and the picturesque Wye Valley. the inn was situated in a quaint village, offering a peaceful and idyllic setting. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, with a well-maintained bathroom. The staff provided excellent service, ensuring I had everything I needed during my stay. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The inn also had a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside, which added to its charm. the inn offered various facilities, such as a Nepalese restaurant, which was highly recommended by previous guests.

The exterior of the building could benefit from some improvements, such as a fresh coat of paint, to enhance the overall appearance.

The Woolaston Inn is a good value hotel with a great location close to the attractions of the Forest of Dean. The rooms, although small, are clean and equipped with all the essentials. The bathroom is adequately equipped, but it would be nice to have glasses instead of using teacups. The service is friendly and accommodating, and the staff is quick to respond to requests. The breakfast could be improved with the addition of juice, cereals, and fruit. The inn also offers ample parking and a lovely pub/restaurant garden with seating.

The access to the hotel is locked until 5pm, which may be inconvenient for arriving guests.

I had a fantastic stay at the Woolaston Inn. the owner and staff were very friendly and eager to please. the room was comfortable and clean, perfect for a one-night stay. the highlight of my stay was the Gurkha restaurant on site. the food was absolutely delicious, some of the best I've ever had. the location was also great, especially for those visiting NDAC. a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay here again.

Great hosts and a clean, spacious room. Powerful shower and tasty full English breakfast. Good location for NDAC and Chepstow Racecourse.

Spent New Year's at this place and it was lovely. the room was big enough for two, and the bed was very comfortable. the restaurant had amazing food, especially the lamb which we ordered multiple times. the staff was attentive without being intrusive and offered great service. the hotel was in a great location close to the attractions we wanted to visit.

The check-in process was a bit chaotic. We arrived around 4 pm, but had to wait a while for the staff to find our reservation.
