The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, making you feel welcome from the moment you step in. The basic amenities in the rooms are convenient, especially for storing wet clothes after a day out. The breakfast, especially the bacon, is simply excellent.

Our room at Y Gwynedd Inn was spotless and recently renovated, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The convenience of self check-in allowed us to easily access our room. The location in Llanberis was perfect, with a corner shop just across the street, and the wifi code was clearly provided throughout the building.

Although there were a couple of minor drawbacks, such as the lack of a second key and the absence of an emergency number, overall I would highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, convenient location, and helpful staff.

I stayed at Y Gwynedd Inn for a few nights while exploring the beautiful surroundings and hiking Snowden. The location was perfect, with easy access to Zip World and bus stops. This hotel is perfect for climbing Snowdon as it is conveniently located on the High Street, just steps away from everything you need, from the Snowdon Mountain Railway to the only Indian restaurant in the village. The inn is conveniently located just across the street from the bus stop, making it easy to access transportation. It is also close to Electric Mountain, offering a unique attraction for visitors. being on top of a restaurant provides the convenience of having dining options right at your doorstep.

The bunk beds in the dormitory room were wobbly and felt unsafe, causing discomfort during the stay.

This hotel was an excellent choice for our family holiday. The location at the foot of the Llanberis path up to Snowdon was absolutely perfect for our hiking adventure. We were able to start our day's exploration right from the hotel's doorstep. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the town was a bonus, with a decent and reasonably priced corner shop just across the street.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was wonderful. While there were minor inconveniences, such as some noise from the bar and the dated bathroom, these did not overshadow the positives of our experience.
