We really enjoyed our stay at this boutique hotel. The breakfast and lunch were delicious, and the free amenities like karaoke and a casino added to the fun. The staff was helpful and the location was great, with charming streets and easy access to restaurants and cafes.

The hotel stay was amazing during Christmas. I particularly enjoyed the complementary hot chocolate and cookies by the fireplace, and the complimentary champagne toast at midnight on New Year. the location was perfect, with a short walk to a beautiful park and many restaurants nearby. the view from the rooftop bar was breathtaking, especially during the city's fireworks for New Year's Eve.

The rooms were a bit cramped for my taste, and the lack of soundproofing could be an issue for light sleepers. the breakfast selection was a bit limited, and some of the items were not restocked promptly during busy mornings.

With its close proximity to bars, cafes, shops, and restaurants, guests have easy access to a variety of dining and entertainment options. The central location also offers convenient transportation connections to explore the city.

We had a luxurious and unforgettable stay in this hotel. the service was outstanding, the Spa & wellness centre was amazing, and the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi were heaven on earth. the massage and facial treatments were exceptional, and the live entertainment was a pleasant surprise. the restaurant and bar/lounge area were incredible, and the breakfast, snacks, dinner, and packed lunches were delicious and satisfying. the private facilities, room advantages, and location advantages exceeded our expectations.

The only minor issue we experienced was the lack of privacy in the leisure/TV room. the make-up services were not as expected, and the public bath was not very clean.

During my Easter stay, I was pleased with the comfortable beds and the friendly and helpfulness of the bellboys. the location of the hotel was also a major advantage, as it was conveniently situated near the main street and only a short ride away from the beach.

the payment process was complicated and confusing, with double charges and delays in refunds. the breakfast selection was poor, with low quality options that would be more suited for a guest house.
