The rooms were beautiful with a huge bed and great amenities. The hotel had a nice location near a mall and some excellent restaurants. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. The pool and fitness facilities were also top-notch. it was a fantastic experience and we highly recommend it.

The only drawback was the breakfast, which lacked variety and had limited options. Additionally, the staff's attire was not very distinguishable, making it hard to identify them.

Location excellent, beautiful spot along the ramble but also convenient to Carrasco, downtown, and WTC. Staff extremely helpful, breakfast very nice, coffee good and strong. Favorite in MVD.

The hotel is conveniently located in the Carrasco neighborhood with easy access to a casino. It is situated right across from the famous Montevideo sculpture on Pocitos beach, providing stunning views. The hotel staff is friendly and the rooms are modern, clean, and well-kept. Guests can enjoy excellent security measures with key card access and a quiet presence of security personnel. The breakfast options are delicious, and the hotel offers a well-equipped gym and a pool for a refreshing dip.

Some guests mentioned that the restaurant's ambiance was a bit quiet, and they were too tired to explore the fabulous dining options in the neighborhood.

During Xmas, we had an enjoyable stay at a hotel in Montevideo. Our room had a great view and was spacious. We loved the exceptional service from the staff who went above and beyond to make our stay superb. We enjoyed the two complementary factors offered. the hotel's location was ideal as it was near the boardwalk and popular places in the city. the hotel lobby and restaurant had a nice decoration that gave it a welcoming vibe.

That there was no outdoor pool, which would have been perfect for sun tanning during our Christmas stay.

Luxurious amenities at this venue created the best stay imaginable. Packed lunches, bar/lounge area, spa centre, sauna, full body massage. the facilities and room advantages kept us pampered and content throughout the visit. Beach access, the library, and the private facilities provide exclusivity.

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the friendly and accommodating staff at the hotel. They made me feel welcomed and went out of their way to ensure my comfort. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to pubs, shopping centers, and the beautiful coastline for a scenic bike ride. One of my favorite aspects was the cozy bar, where I enjoyed relaxing with a drink after a long day of exploring.

The breakfast experience. the bakery products also seemed less fresh compared to my expectations.
