The attention to detail in this hotel is admirable. Despite the rising delta variant, we felt safe and comfortable during our stay. The gym and Gray and Dudley restaurant are fantastic, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great anniversary. we will definitely be returning!

We had a blast exploring the nearby bars and enjoying a girls' night out. The staff, especially Jo at the front desk, was incredibly sweet and helpful. The breakfast vouchers were a little confusing, but Jo sorted it out for us. The hotel's breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect, just a few blocks from Broadway and within walking distance of all the places we wanted to visit.

The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. The lamp shades were dented, the mirrors, refrigerator, and walls were visibly dirty, and the ventilation fan didn't work properly, resulting in a damp atmosphere. The limited amenities, such as the lack of a safe and the need for a key card to use the elevator, were disappointing. The beds were uncomfortable and the lighting was poor. the hotel failed to meet expectations.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to everything in downtown and the Gulch district. We loved being able to explore the city without needing to rely on transportation. The service here was exceptional, with room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry all readily available. We also appreciated the little touches like the welcome drink and the well-stocked room amenities. The room itself was comfortable and had everything we needed, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. We particularly enjoyed the spacious sitting area and the trouser press. The complimentary toiletries were a nice touch, and the flat-screen TV and cozy carpeted floors made us feel right at home. The dining restaurant on-site offered delicious options, and we found the in-room breakfast to be a convenient and tasty way to start our day. The bar/lounge area also provided a great atmosphere to unwind after a long day of exploring. The staff here were always helpful and willing to assist with any request we had.

While this venue couldn't find my reservation initially, they quickly resolved the issue and ensured that our check-in process went smoothly. we were impressed with the level of hospitality here and would recommend this hotel to all.

The hotel is located in a great spot, within walking distance to many Nashville neighborhoods and close to Broadway. The rooms are comfortable, with unique art pieces scattered throughout. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the amenities like the hotel bar and restaurant are enjoyable. You may spot penguin figures throughout, making for a fun touch.

There was an incident where a guest's car was broken into in the valet garage.

The bellman, Greg, was passionate and knowledgeable. The art collection was a pleasant surprise. The artist suite had abstract style and great street views. The downtown location was connected yet peaceful. The elegant, modern, and spacious room had everything needed, including a comfortable bed.

I recently stayed at Bankers Alley Hotel in Nashville for a week-long business trip. The hotel's breakfast was impressive, with the exception of the avocado toast. The pillows in the room were incredibly comfortable, and the hotel's art gallery added a unique touch. The location was perfect, with major music venues and attractions within walking distance. The staff went above and beyond, with one gentleman even stopping traffic to help us catch our Uber. a beautiful hotel with outstanding customer service.
