We loved the upscale decor and clever use of space. the wide open lobby with various activities like pool tables and board games impressed us. the staff, especially Michelle, was friendly and helpful. Additionally, the location was perfect for our travel needs.

Attending an all-weekend concert event at ATT Stadium, my best friend and I stayed at Aloft for a memorable experience. the location was ideal, offering a quick drive to the stadium and close proximity to dining spots. the lobby was vibrant, with a well-equipped gym and a beautiful pool area. the rooms were spotless, featuring comfortable beds and a thoughtful seating area. the attentive staff, especially the young lady during our stay, provided exceptional service and made us feel welcome.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. the bed was comfortable, and the location was great as it was close to key attractions. the room was well decorated and gave off a relaxing ambiance that made my stay comfortable.

I also found the staff to be unaccommodating at times, such as when we requested towels and were told that we could come get them ourselves. the hotel refused to give me a room even though I had stayed there numerous times before, causing me to feel discriminated against.

The bed was very comfortable and the lobby chairs were nice. We enjoyed the great space in the lobby to hangout as a group. Despite a minor issue with room service, the staff was friendly. The location was awesome and the building was new and clean. I would recommend this hotel for its comfort and convenient location.
