Value for money was great, and the room exceeded our expectations. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of downtown, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent customer service.

The value for money at Aloft was great, with a comfortable room and a stunning view from the 15th floor. The hotel's location in downtown was perfect, with easy access to excellent restaurants and bars. The staff, especially Nicholas, were welcoming and had a wonderful demeanor.

The breakfast option could have been better, with more variety or special dishes.

The pool was the perfect temperature and a nice place to relax after a long day. The on-site bar had a great atmosphere and a good selection of drinks. we had a pleasant stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff provided excellent customer service, helping me transfer to a new room when there was an issue with the deadbolt lock. The corner suite I stayed in was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view. The hotel is conveniently located near a variety of restaurants and attractions. The decor in the room was lovely, and I especially appreciated the special touches for Valentine's Day, such as the rose petals on the bed. The bar downstairs was also a great place to relax.

Hard to think of anything negative about this hotel. The only minor inconvenience was that the elevator was temporarily out of service, and we had to use the service elevator to access the parking garage.

The hotel had a great contemporary style with colorful designs that I really enjoyed. the lobby was fun and different, setting a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, the parking was easy to access and reasonably priced, making it convenient for guests. Moreover, the downtown area where the hotel is located was clean and safe, providing a pleasant environment for exploring.

On the negative side, I found it a bit challenging to adjust the room temperature as I was unsure how to set the thermostat correctly. Additionally, I was disappointed by the limited choices available for breakfast, and felt that the cost was not justified for what was provided.

The complementary hot cocoa and cookies in the lobby were a nice touch, especially during Christmas time. the location was key, being close to downtown and all the holiday festivities. Plus, the room had an amazing view that made up for some of the hotel's shortcomings.

The walls were paper thin and we could hear every conversation and movement of our neighbors. the breakfast was overpriced for the limited options available, and the absence of a microwave in the room made it difficult to enjoy holiday leftovers.

When I woke up, I could see Notre Dame's golden dome right from my room. The staff was so friendly and accommodating, and the room service was top-notch.
