The staff were friendly and helpful, always wearing a smile. My room was clean and spacious with a great view. the hotel had a cool and relaxed vibe. Complimentary snacks and drinks were provided in the room. the location was fantastic, with easy access to key attractions.

The pool was closed for maintenance without prior notification. the check-in process was unconventional and could be more efficient.

Fantastic Stay with a Personalized Touch

We had an amazing stay at a hotel with a rich history and modern amenities. The hotel showcased captivating artwork and fascinating history from the rock 'n' roll era, adding a unique touch to our experience. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and well-serviced. Exploring the Sunset Strip for good restaurants was a breeze as the hotel was conveniently located. The delicious breakfast and enjoyable evening wine tasting were delightful bonuses.

The staff at Andaz West Hollywood were amazing at accommodating our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful and has a rooftop pool with an unforgettable view. The atmosphere was lively and enjoyable. Highly recommended.

We loved the complimentary wine tasting from 5-7 PM, great for bike riders to relax and enjoy. The staff recommended excellent nearby food options. Area was good with easy access to attractions. Great stay, will definitely return!

Great location in the heart of the action, close to many restaurants and attractions. the staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing an early check-in and late check-out. the room was spacious with comfortable beds and a nice view. the hotel had a beautiful design and offered little touches like free coffee, pastries, and snacks in the room, as well as free Neutrogena products in the bathroom.

The pool area could have been better staffed and more inviting. Sunset Blvd, being a busy street, had some noise, but the hotel did try to minimize its impact.

We had a great stay at Andaz in WeHo! the staff were friendly and knowledgeable, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was nice too. Check-in was easy and we always had plenty of water from reception. the buffet breakfast was delicious with a variety of fresh fruit, breads, waffles, and eggs. Alfredo at breakfast went above and beyond to make us feel at home. the food for lunch and dinner was also excellent and reasonably priced. the rooftop pool, though crowded, was a nice addition. the valet parking worked well and the free drinks and water were a nice touch. the hotel has a relaxed atmosphere and we'll definitely go back!

The staff was really friendly and went out of their way to assist us during our stay. the rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. the hotel's location was perfect, with great views and a central neighborhood that made it easy to explore the city. Plus, we loved the complimentary beverages and snacks provided in the room.

We noticed some cleanliness issues in the hotel. the carpets had stains, and there was dust and dirt on the walls.

We recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel in West Hollywood and were thoroughly impressed. The location is absolutely beautiful, situated overlooking the Hollywood hills in a relatively quiet neighborhood. The hotel is also conveniently located in the center, making it easy to explore the area.

We highly recommend this hotel. The service, amenities, and location are all exceptional.

It was nice to have some complimentary snacks in the room as well. the location was great for shopping and restaurants, with everything we needed within walking distance. the beds were comfortable and provided a peaceful sleep every night.

The staff was not very accommodating during the busy Christmas season. the front desk was disorganized and often seemed to be short-staffed.
