I had an amazing stay at this four-star hotel! The location was perfect, right by the ocean shore and in a great area just a few kilometers from Kona. The hotel staff provided outstanding service, with friendly and professional employees who made me feel welcomed and supported throughout my stay. The amenities were top-notch, with a fully stocked kitchen in my ocean view suite and even a washer and dryer for added convenience.

We had a great time during our Christmas stay! the room was spacious and had a breathtaking view of the ocean. the kitchen was well-stocked and allowed us to cook our own meals. the pool and beachfront area were well-maintained and provided a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. the location was perfect for us, with easy access to the main attractions and a short drive to the best spots in town.

The housekeeping service was not up to par, with the sheets not being changed and toiletries being replaced inconsistently. We also experienced some miscommunication with the housekeeping staff regarding our preferred cleaning time.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, right on the ocean front and with a small beach area. It's also close to many attractions and bars, making it convenient for exploring the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. The parking was plentiful, and I appreciated the fact that they had an elevator so I didn't have to carry my luggage up the stairs. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service.

Nothing not to love.

We recently spent our Christmas vacation at a beachfront hotel in Kailua-Kona and had a wonderful time. the apartment provided us with a full kitchen and laundry facilities, making it convenient for our family of 5. the view from our balcony was breathtaking, and we enjoyed waking up to the sound of the waves crashing on the rocky shoreline. the pool area was great, with plenty of loungers for us to relax and soak up the sun. Additionally, the free parking was a bonus, as we didn't have to worry about finding a spot for our rental car.

The only downside we experienced was that the hotel was slightly further from town than some other hotels in the area. However, if you have a car, this is not a problem as it is only a short drive to Kona.

the view of the ocean was amazing, with stunning sunsets. the staff was exceptionally nice and courteous, making our stay even more enjoyable. we even had the bonus of seeing a whale from our balcony. i will definitely be returning and recommending it to others.

Aston Kona By The Sea was a hidden gem, exceeding our expectations. The view of the crashing waves against the rocks was mesmerizing, and falling asleep to the sound of the waves was pure bliss. The condo was spotless and had top-notch appliances. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel.

I couldn't believe the value for money at this hotel! The ocean front room was absolutely amazing, with the sound of the waves being so relaxing. The location was perfect, close to downtown Kona but not too crowded. The staff were incredibly helpful and we were even upgraded to a 2-bedroom apartment without asking.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast selection better was more variety.

Stayed at Aston Kona By the Sea Aparthotel and it was a great experience! the apartment was well-equipped and comfortable, with a direct ocean frontage and a large balcony for enjoying cocktails and sunsets. There was a nice outdoor area with BBQs and tables and chairs to use. the location was ideal, right on the beach with the soothing sound of the surf all night. the manager and staff were amazing, except for one small hiccup during check-in. the highlight was when the manager personally gave me a ride in her car when I missed the shuttle. a truly relaxing and home away from home experience.

As longer term business travelers, we were impressed by the exceptional staff who were courteous and polite. The beach was clean and the barbecues on the beach were well organized by the resort. The pool on the beach was also clean and the building was quiet. There were plenty of car parking spaces available. The deli next door was open and very comfortable. The travel to the international airport was easy.

Felt free to seek any assistance, nothing to complain about.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The price was reasonable for a large condo with a spacious living room and balcony facing the ocean. The condo was very well equipped, and the BBQ facilities nearby were excellent. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
