The Beach Villas at Ko Olina by Ola Properties offered fantastic partial ocean views, comfortable beds, and a clean and well-maintained property. The proximity to the beach was perfect for my family, and we enjoyed the lagoon, building sand castles, and swimming in the pool. The condo layout with 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and balconies on both sides was ideal. We appreciated the extended checkout until noon at no extra charge, as we had a late evening flight. Underground assigned parking was an added bonus.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The best aspects of my stay were the proximity to the beautiful beach down the shoreline and the cleanliness of the hotel facilities. The hotel's location allowed me to easily access the beach without having to go out first thing in the morning to look for a grocery store. Additionally, the hotel had great transportation options, with a nearby shopping center that had several options for dining and shopping. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Condo management was unwelcoming and constantly trying to catch guests in minor violations. Guests felt like intruders and were given citations for using provided items like boogie boards and beach umbrellas.

However, I must say that the location of the resort was its only saving grace. Situated by the beautiful lagoons, it offered a fantastic view and easy access to the beach. the peaceful atmosphere and the availability of sunbeds and space in the pools were definitely a plus. Additionally, the provision of beach amenities like towels, chairs, and coolers in the villa was a thoughtful touch that made exploring the beach even more enjoyable.

My stay at this beach resort was a major disappointment. the lack of onsite amenities was a letdown.

My recent stay at the Ko Olina Beach Villas Resort was absolutely amazing. The spacious accommodations in the 2 bedroom suite had everything I needed, from a fully-equipped kitchen to a large balcony where I could relax. The two swimming pools, one lap pool and one lagoon-like pool, were always welcoming with plenty of comfortable loungers. The calm waters of Lagoon 2 were perfect for all ages. The surrounding trees provided shade on the beach, and the barbecue grills were a nice addition. The resort's location near Walmart, Target, and other stores and restaurants was convenient. If you're looking for a peaceful, relaxing vacation, I highly recommend staying at this resort.

Stunning views and well-appointed villa. the kitchen amenities were convenient and allowed us to prepare our own meals. the location was great, with nearby shopping options and access to the beach.

Housekeeping was not ready for us upon arrival and there were maintenance issues with the toilets and dishwasher. the presence of a neighbor's drone outside our balcony was intrusive.

The view from the Beach Tower towards the ocean was absolutely breathtaking. The staff were super helpful to us as first-timers. The apartment was perfect, with amazing views all day long. The pristine waters and the not too crowded beaches on the calm waters of the lagoons were a dream. The amenities in the apartment were fantastic. The check-in and checkout process was seamless. We loved the pool, especially the 3-feet depth and zero entry areas. The place was incredibly spacious with a great floor plan. The lanai area was a wonderful touch, perfect for relaxing.

We spent our Thanksgiving holiday in a condo located in a gated resort community near Kapolei, which was away from the city and the perfect location for relaxation. We had the convenience of four lagoons within walking distance and the option of using the beach chairs and toys in the room. the condo was fully equipped, including a washer and dryer, which made our stay more comfortable. there were BBQs available for grilling.

The main disadvantage was the limited amount of parking, which was a bit of a hassle. there was no daily maid service, but this was not a significant issue for us.
