the breakfasts and afternoon teas are a culinary delight, offering a wide array of delicious options to enjoy throughout the day. the location in the heart of the historic district makes it easy to explore Savannah on foot and truly immerse yourself in the charming surroundings. One aspect that could be improved is ensuring consistent Wi-Fi connectivity throughout all rooms.

One evening, we sat by the crackling fire, sipping tea and feeling like characters from a classic novel. It truly made our experience feel enchanting.

Additionally, the staff was readily available and always cheerful, making sure all our needs were met.

The high price we paid did not match the standard we expected. We encountered a water leakage issue in the bathroom sink, leading to a flood.

The room I stayed in was in the basement, with brick walls and floors, and no window, creating a dreary atmosphere. the TV remote was not working, and there was a strange beeping noise coming from next door. the hotel explained it was frogs, making it impossible to sleep.

The staff, especially Gabi and Allyson, were incredibly warm and accommodating. the daily breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of chef-inspired dishes. the location near Forsyth Park and easy access to downtown made exploring Savannah a breeze. With free valet parking and exceptional service, our family felt truly pampered and special.

For dads, it would be great to have a small indoor play area for kids.
