This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. the location was perfect - situated in a great area with everything I had planned in the area within walking distance. It made it so easy for me to explore the city and enjoy the local restaurants and entertainment venues nearby. Secondly, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests. And finally, the rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, with comfy beds and great views. I especially appreciated the pull out bed, which provided added convenience for my stay. Additionally, the breakfast offered the usual fare and was included in the price, making it a great value for money.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which is conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants and entertainment venues. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed and nice linens. The bathroom was clean and well-appointed, and the staff provided friendly and helpful service. Additionally, the hotel offered a great breakfast selection. The view from my room was stunning, with older shops and a train station in sight.

Although the bathroom was well-maintained, there were some areas that needed more detailed cleaning, such as the underside of the toilet and the edges of the tub.

Great location near a lovely park and a variety of restaurants and shops. Spacious rooms with clean decor. the breakfast was very good and complimentary. the staff were helpful and friendly.

There was nearby construction which made it harder to enjoy the stay. the outdated furniture and lack of amenities made it less enjoyable than other hotels in the area.

Spacious suites with comfortable beds, homemade breakfast, and superb dining experience on the top floor. Conveniently located near shops and restaurants. View of the town's historic area and train station from the 8th floor.

I was amazed by the beautiful lobby, with its original 1920's water fountain and elegant doors to the elevator. The room design was top-notch, with modern amenities that exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness of the hotel, along with the abundance of upscale towels and soap, made it a truly comfortable stay. And to top it off, they even provided Seattle's best coffee as a delightful treat. I highly recommend this Grand Hotel with its modern rooms.

Great location, helpful staff, spacious rooms, beautiful Victorian style, affordable and worth the money, homey atmosphere.

Can't fault anything about it.
