Best Western Plus Chandler Hotel & Suites is the end of the line for me! They provide all the amenities of home and I've never had a negative experience in any of my stays. The staff, especially Rueben, were awesome and provided exceptional customer service. The room itself was very nice with a comfortable bed and a clean, nice bathroom. The location adjacent to the freeway made it convenient and easy to access.

The location of this hotel is perfect for me when I travel up for shows at the Rawhide Center or just for a weekend getaway. The hotel is right near the Premium Outlet Mall and the casino, making it easy to explore and shop. I also appreciate that it is close to the Wild Horse Pass Casino and Race Track, as well as shops in the area. The bed in my room was really comfortable and the shower was great. the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive and the facilities offered were top-notch.

First of all, the value for money at this hotel was fantastic! The room was spacious and had a kitchenette, which we really needed. The staff was extremely accommodating and even gave us a bottom floor room. The internet worked like a charm, better than most hotels I've stayed at. And the beds were super comfortable.

Breakfast offerings could be improved - the food that was supposed to be hot was actually cold. But overall, it was a small issue in an otherwise great stay.
