Nothing could have been better.

We were pleasantly surprised by the level of comfort and attention to our needs during our stay. The breakfast had fresh fruit, and the room was clean and comfortable. Overall we would recommend this hotel for a stay in Dodge City.

We loved how clean and comfortable the room was, with nice towels. The breakfast exceeded our expectations and the staff was great. The hotel smelled great upon arrival and had impressive decor. The location was close to city activities but in a quiet area.

The hotel had a nice warm breakfast and the pool was warm which was really nice! The hotel is in a good location, close to attractions and restaurants.

During my stay over Christmas, the power went out during check-out which was unfortunate. We had to lug everything down the stairs.

My husband and I recently stayed at this hotel for three nights while visiting family in the area. The location was perfect, with plenty of nearby restaurants and easy access to the highway. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. We were particularly impressed with the delicious full breakfast, which was one of the best we've had during our extensive summer travels. The hotel also had ample parking, an elevator, and a bar. we had a fantastic experience at this hotel - highly recommended!

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location was perfect, with everything I needed within walking distance, including a variety of restaurants. The staff was exceptional, always present and making sure that there was plenty of food available for guests. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The amenities, such as the gym and pool, were top-notch, and the breakfast was excellent, especially the green pork chili which was made with love. my two-day stay here was wonderful.

No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

First, the location was perfect. It was close to local attractions and within walking distance to restaurants. We were able to explore the area easily. Second, the staff was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, they were friendly and accommodating, making our stay feel like a home away from home. Special shout-outs to Darla, Weenie, Maria, Luis, and Andrea for their top-notch service. Finally, the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. We had a room with a great view and a comfortable bed. The breakfast offered delicious options and set us up for a great day of exploring.

Breakfast was really good with attentive staff who offered coffee. the hotel was clean and well-maintained. the front desk agents were professional, friendly, and always greeted me with a smile. the hotel had a balcony, which I enjoyed. the evening cookies were a nice touch. the indoor pool was pretty and inviting. the breakfast hostess was top-notch. the hotel provided newspapers on each table.

I stayed at this hotel multiple times for business in a great location with easy access to a local grocery store. The staff was always excellent and helpful, going above and beyond to fix any reservation issues I had. The room was clean, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The pool area was a nice touch, and the heated pool was perfect for relaxing after a long day. The little bar area looked inviting, and the themed jail cell added a unique touch to the hotel. The breakfast provided by Maria was fantastic, making mornings enjoyable.

The hotel could benefit from providing more outlets in the rooms for charging devices.

During our stay at Best Western, I had an issue with the noise from trains passing by during the night. However, the hotel staff quickly provided me with a pair of earplugs, which helped me get a good night's sleep.
