The balcony in my room provided stunning views, especially for the 4th of July. the room was clean and perfect for my family of 3 adults and 3 children. the location felt safe and was close to attractions. Overall I would recommend this hotel experience.

During our stay at the hotel in the Bronx, we found the location to be convenient for exploring nearby attractions like the botanical garden and the zoo, as well as being close to the train station. the room with two beds was comfortable for us three girls, and the staff, especially the night front desk attendant, was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. We appreciated the promise of a balcony room upgrade for our next visit.

The hotel's location was great for our Christmas stay. We were able to easily explore the nearby restaurants and shops. the staff were kind and accommodating, and the cleaning service was prompt and efficient. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast and comfortable beds.

Our stay was not free of issues. Our room was not as advertised and the sofa bed was too small for our family.
