Double beds were on the smaller side, making them less comfortable for sharing with another adult. The front desk staff could be considered borderline rude and unhelpful.

My recent stay on Bourbon Street was amazing! the breakfast was exceptional - hot and delicious with many choices. Would DEFINITELY stay here again. Even better in person than in photos!

One aspect that stood out was the presence of a sitting area in the room, providing a cozy space to relax after a day of exploring. It would have been even better if there were more comfortable seating options or perhaps some garden furniture to enjoy the outdoor spaces. the hotel offered tours and ticket assistance, which we found helpful in planning our activities. we did have a hard time using the direct dial telephone, as it seemed a bit outdated and sometimes didn't work properly. our experience at Best Western had its ups and downs.

During my stay at Best Western Plus French Quarter Courtyard Hotel, I was impressed by the spacious and clean rooms, equipped with extremely comfortable beds. The amenities, including free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen cable TV, ensured a comfortable and relaxing stay. The outdoor patio with fountain views provided a serene spot to unwind after a day of exploring New Orleans.

I wish the hotel provided courtesy coffee 24/7. It was a minor inconvenience, but having access to coffee at all times would have enhanced the overall experience.

Clean, modern decor, near Cafe du Monde & Bourbon St Courtyard is charming. Decent breakfast, friendly staff.
