Great location with stunning views and helpful staff

The Best Western Plus Galveston Suites offers an incredible beachfront location with easy access to the sand and clean surroundings. The spacious rooms, equipped with a microwave and refrigerator, enhance the stay. The friendly staff made our visit enjoyable, despite some drawbacks like limited breakfast hours.

The wedding setup was beautiful and the staff was friendly. The room was clean and had a nice view.

It wasn't budget-friendly but it's still worth considering.

The overall cleanliness felt off—there were roaches and dust everywhere. Plus, the bathroom door wouldn't shut right, and the noise from the hall made it hard to relax. Definitely not worth the price.

Upon entering our room at Best Western, I immediately noticed how spacious and clean it was. The comfortable bed with luxurious covers was a highlight for me - it felt like sleeping on a cloud. The room also had lots of charging stations, which was convenient for keeping our devices powered up. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a good variety of tasty options. I particularly enjoyed the sliced sausage links, a nice touch that you don't always see at complimentary breakfasts. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the woman who filled up my drink container without me even having to ask. there were a few areas that could be improved. The breakfast features were a bit bland and unappealing at times, and some guests didn't clean up after themselves, which was a shame. the lack of maid service during our stay was disappointing. We had to ask for fresh towels multiple times and even had to request a roll of toilet paper from the front desk. Despite these issues, the room was clean and offered a terrific view. But the uncomfortable beds, loud air conditioning, and elevator incident were quite unsettling. The maintenance of facilities like the pool and addressing issues like sand blowing in should be a priority.

Location is ideal—easy access to the beach and nearby activities. the staff lacked warmth. A positive demeanor would elevate the experience. Cleanliness was occasionally lacking, with the hallways and elevators too warm and dirty floors upon arrival. Several small inconveniences—it’s critical to have adequate towels. The pool being closed was disappointing. Stronger water pressure in the shower is a must. A few improvements can make this hotel shine. For the price, consider your options carefully.

Breakfast was a highlight — scrambled eggs that tasted real and decent coffee. cleanliness was concerning; our towels were either dirty or missing, and requests for room cleaning often went unfulfilled. Staff were friendly but overwhelmed. The location felt remote for evening activities. An excellent place to unwind during the day, but the service left much to be desired, especially when you're paying a premium.

The third-floor balcony provided a lovely view, although it lacked a little table. I did enjoy the modern decor and good water pressure. the dark room made it feel less inviting. Cleanliness was a concern, with a dead cockroach found inside, and towels had brown specks. Parking was ample, and the staff were friendly, but I wished for better breakfast management and room service clarity.

staying at best western plus was a delight. the beds were comfy, the shower was great, and that view! the pool was a perfect spot to unwind, and overall, our stay was enjoyable without any issues. it was a relaxing getaway where we could truly unwind.

I adored the ocean view from my spacious room at Best Western. The staff, especially Aliyah, Canyon, and Deaven, were incredibly welcoming and made our stay special. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the free parking was a plus. The bed was cozy, but the balcony door didn't seal well. The pool needed cleaning, and some areas seemed worn out. Overall, it was a reasonably priced and lovely stay with minor room issues.

From Brittany at the front desk's helpful assistance to the night shift gentleman who went above and beyond, the service was top-notch. the room was spacious, and I particularly enjoyed the private balcony with a lovely view of the gulf. the breakfast area was ample, and the front desk receptionist was always friendly and welcoming.

There were a couple of areas that could be improved upon. the level of noise filtering into the room through the hallway door was a bit bothersome, affecting the quality of sleep.

As a frequent visitor to the U.S. , I love the Best Western Plus Galveston Suites. The ocean view rooms are spacious, breakfast is great, and the staff, especially Canyon, provides excellent hospitality. The only downside was our beloved hot tub being closed for repairs. Can't wait for it to reopen during the winter.

The breakfast was amazing - LOVED the take out option. Would definitely stay again. The pool was even better in person!

Wish there was more party vibe around - like a cool hangout spot or a fun game room. Always ready for more fun!
