We really loved the staff, super friendly and helpful, especially Tony at night. The room was huge and comfy, and the breakfast was delish with a nice variety. Loved the barista machine! Location was perfect for walking downtown and to the wharf. It got kinda loud on Friday night with kids running around, tho.

My family and I stayed at the Best Western Plus for a weekend getaway. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially when I mentioned the uncomfortable mattress - they promptly arranged a mattress topper which made the second night much more comfortable. The rooms were spacious and the location was ideal, just minutes away from the wharf, aquarium, and downtown. We also enjoyed the yummy BW waffles and the pool towels provided.

This hotel is perfectly situated near the centre of town, just up the hill from the old downtown. The service is excellent and the staff are incredibly helpful. They serve a delicious breakfast, with good king beds and a nice view.

Our two-night stay at Best Western was fantastic! The lobby was clean and welcoming, with a beautiful flowing water feature. The staff, especially Kim, was warm and friendly, even helping us with an extra iron. The breakfast was good, although more fruit choices would be nice. We really enjoyed the cozy hot tub, and there was a great Chinese restaurant within walking distance. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely return.

The lobby's beautiful orchids and the waterfall wall created a lovely atmosphere. The room was sufficient for our needs, and our kids had plenty of space to run around in the spacious double room. We also liked that there was accessible parking and that the hotel was close to the beach and the sea otter expo. we found the facilities and amenities suitable and enjoyable for our young family.

Bed was comfortable, not too firm or soft. Ceiling fan kept room circulated. Abundant breakfast variety, comfortable seating. Free parking. Noise from doors opening/closing, could benefit from fan for light sleepers. Great location, amenities, and price. On my list for future visits.
