We had an amazing Christmas stay at this hotel! the staff was super friendly and gave us a free upgrade to a suite. It was so comfortable, with a cozy bed and a hot tub in the room. the location was perfect, just a short walk to all the bars, restaurants, and shops in the entertainment district. We had a blast exploring the area and enjoying the lively atmosphere. - Another great advantage was the availability of coffee and tea all night long. It was a nice treat to be able to have a cup of hot coffee in the middle of the night.

That the noise from the surrounding bars and partying could be quite loud at night. It didn't bother us too much, but if you're a light sleeper, it might be something to consider.

It's super close to all the shopping and dining areas. We could easily walk to Fashion Square, Old Town, and 5th Avenue. the room was beautiful and spotlessly clean. We loved the variety of breakfast choices included with the rate. it was excellent value for money in a lovely and safe area. We would definitely choose this hotel again.

There were a couple of minor issues during our stay. the air conditioner in our second-floor room was noisy, which was a bit annoying.

Excellent location for entertainment and shopping. Very close to the entertainment district in old town, a loud night club across the street, and the Scottsdale Fashion Square. Spacious and comfortable rooms with free wifi, toiletries, and coffee/tea facilities. Enjoyable complimentary breakfast.

They always greeted me with a smile and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city. It was within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and nightclubs. I loved being able to easily explore the area without having to drive everywhere. the breakfast offered a great variety of options, including eggs, bacon, oatmeal, cereal, chopped fruits. It was a delicious and convenient way to start my day.

One downside was the lack of privacy in the bathroom. the door was a louver slat door, which meant that you could hear everything that was happening inside.

Some noise disruptions, including early morning construction outside our room and late-night drag racing on the road in front of the hotel. Inadequate amenities, such as a lack of shower curtains, limited towels, and no trash bins outside the bathroom.

The value for the money spent was excellent and the room was fantastic. The hotel has a convenient location, with restaurants and bars within walking distance, and it's close to Scottsdale stadium and a mall. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was a more varied selection on the menu.

Amazing hotel! the rooms were spacious, clean, and updated. the beds were incredibly comfortable and the flat, screen TV was a nice touch. the location was perfect, within walking distance to restaurants and shops. the staff was friendly and helpful, making check, in and check, out a breeze. the continental breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options. a fantastic experience!

The only downside was the lack of a trash receptacle in the bathroom and a plunger for the toilet. Also, during our stay, the breakfast hours ended quite early at 9:30 AM on weekends.
