The location of the hotel was great! It was conveniently located near a gas station, Subway, and McDonald's, which was a lifesaver for us with our small children. the room was spacious and the indoor pool was clean. the breakfast provided was also good.

There were a few things that we didn't like about our stay. the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult for us to get a good night's sleep.

One morning, the hot food ran low if you didn't arrive early enough. we stayed in a pet-friendly room and unfortunately, the dog next door was left alone and barked for a few hours which was a bit annoying.

The handicap amenities were great! Erica, the front desk clerk was super friendly and very helpful. The way she talked to me on the phone is the very reason we stayed. She truly wanted to help me and wanted me to stay at BW. The showers were VERY roomy with great water pressure. The indoor pool area was very clean with locker rooms, pool towels, and a shower. Breakfast had TONS of options. Definitely one of the best-valued hotels I have ever stayed at.

When my wife and I went to get our food, the eggs had run out and we had to wait for them to be cooked. By the time they were ready, my wife had finished eating and was upset. It was definitely not a good way to start our getaway. Eggs should never run out on a buffet breakfast.

We had a fantastic stay at Best Western Plus! The location was easy to find and had ample parking. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to help us. The indoor pool was clean and enjoyable, and the room was comfortable with a spacious shower. Despite some small issues with the breakfast options, we still found something to eat. I highly recommend this hotel.
