We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to many of the Boston colleges, the city center, and the Theatre district, which we thoroughly enjoyed exploring. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff who were always ready to assist with any request we had. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with modern amenities such as air conditioning and a mini-bar. The bathroom was spotless and even had a full-sized hair dryer, which was a pleasant surprise. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi in the room, as well as the soundproofed walls that ensured a peaceful night's sleep.

We highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends. They will surely appreciate the prime location, excellent service, and comfortable rooms.

The lobby was impressive, with a great bar, food options, and even a little shop. The location was ideal, just a short walk to Boston Common and close to the harbor. The staff, especially Jennifer at the front desk, were friendly and accommodating. We also enjoyed the nearby O’Connells Irish Bar and the delicious food options. a great place to stay, you wouldn't be disappointed.

Great location, close to everything. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Sergio at the front desk. The attached restaurant had amazing Octopus carpaccio, the best thing I had during my city trip.

The rooms were ridiculously small, especially the bathroom. I felt like I was doing gymnastics just to move around. The showers were miserable, with wet curtains and walls that you had to touch the whole time. The safe in the room was not even attached to the cabinet. On top of that, the hotel overcharged me multiple times and held unnecessary amounts on my card. The elevators rattled constantly and it was difficult to get a good night's sleep. not a pleasant experience.
