The property was beautiful, with stylish décor and spacious rooms. the room was spotless, featuring a comfortable king-size bed and modern amenities like a TV, refrigerator, and safe. the hotel's valet service was convenient and quick.

The shower door in the room did not stay closed properly, which was a bit inconvenient. There were some issues with the key card system, leading to long wait times for accessing the room.

Valet service is quick and convenient, and the staff is friendly. the on-site Cibo restaurant offers excellent food, albeit on the pricier side. the newly opened hotel boasts beautiful Art Deco-inspired decor and stunning views, creating a lovely atmosphere. the customer service provided by Monti and others was exceptional, adding to a pleasant stay.
