The cleanliness of the room was outstanding, and the fresh scent throughout was a pleasant surprise. The kitchenette was fully equipped with everything we needed for cooking, and the amenities provided, such as shampoo and body wash, were a nice touch. The front desk staff, especially Mauricio, were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They even offered us a room with two Queen beds at no extra charge when they saw we had family with us. our stay was amazing and I would highly recommend this hotel.

The stay at Candlewood Suites Lackland AFB was amazing! The rooms were spotless, well-stocked, and had comfortable beds. The staff was welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in despite system issues. We felt safe with security cameras and a guard on duty. The hotel provided directions to the BMT graduation, making our visit stress-free. Definitely worth the money!

I stayed at this hotel for Lackland AFB, BMT graduation. The location is perfect, just 5 mins away from the base. The room had a fully stocked kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils. The staff was fantastic, friendly, and accommodating. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. There was a well-maintained snack room with complimentary coffee. This hotel exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Lackland AFB.

We were really impressed with this venue! Our room was very clean and had a small kitchenette that was just perfect for our needs. The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. There were plenty of amenities available, including a lovely indoor swimming pool, and everything was available at a really affordable price. We also loved the fact that there were so many restaurants and shopping areas nearby.

We were pleased to find several great restaurants and shopping options nearby. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed the spacious bathroom. The laundry facilities were also a great touch and very helpful. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others and plan to return on our next trip!

There were a few small bugs in the room, but the prompt attention and helpfulness of the staff made up for it.

The room we stayed in was spotless, and it had all we needed, including cookware to prepare our meals. the hotel location was perfect for us; we were close to the main roads and had easy access to the city. the hotel was peaceful and quiet even when it was full.

Even though there were breakfast items for purchase, it would have been great to have a complement in the morning. the shower lacked a pull-down and handicap bars were missing in the bath.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a few days while attending a family graduation at the nearby Air Force Base. The cleanliness of the entire hotel was outstanding, and we were especially impressed with our room. The hallway and rooms had a pleasant smell, and the cleaning staff did a wonderful job. Our queen suite with a small kitchenette was perfect for our little family, and the kitchenette had everything we needed. The hotel provided plenty of amenities such as shampoo, body wash, conditioner, body lotion, makeup remover, and a hair dryer. The towels were plentiful, and overall, our hotel experience was great. The check-in process was easy and quick.
