There were noise disturbances caused by guests from the nearby Holiday Inn, with loud music and gatherings taking place in the Candlewood parking area. This issue needs to be addressed to prevent it from affecting the overall experience of staying at this otherwise above-decent hotel.

The fridge and microwave in the room were convenient for keeping and reheating my meals. the parking was ample, so I didn't have to circle around searching for a spot. the location was close to my meeting venue, which was a big plus.

The room had a musty odor and the bathroom had visible mold. the carpets looked dingy and worn, and the chairs were stained.

The front desk staff, including Tammy, Denise, and Jim, were all friendly and accommodating. The little store in the lobby was well-stocked with snacks and drinks, making it convenient to grab a quick bite. I would definitely stay here again.

The engaging staff, including the GM, were caring and even provided me with an ice pack when I slipped on ice outside.
