the heating system left much to be desired as we experienced a draft in the room that required us to crank up the heat and use a towel to block the cold air from seeping in. The air conditioning was also difficult to control, leading to fluctuations in room temperature throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the tea and coffee facilities in the room were not working properly, which was a letdown as we enjoy having a hot beverage in the mornings. The lack of a sitting area or terrace in the room made it feel a bit cramped, especially since the room layout was not conducive to easy movement around the space. the hotel offered free toiletries which were a nice touch, although the overall cleanliness of the room left something to be desired. The carpeted floor seemed stained and gave off an unclean vibe, while the housekeeping service was inconsistent during our stay. We had high hopes for the shuttle service provided by the hotel, but we were disappointed to find out that it was only available at an additional cost. the lack of a complimentary shuttle service to nearby attractions was a downside, especially since we relied on transportation to explore the area. Despite these shortcomings, we did appreciate the offer of a welcome drink upon arrival, which was a nice gesture. the absence of pet amenities was noted, as we had hoped to bring along our furry companion on the trip.

The beds were cozy, but our room was a bit cramped. Staff were SUPER FRIENDLY. Outdoor pool was a highlight! Would stay again. The pool is even better than in photos!

The setup of the hotel was cool with our room near the jacuzzi in a separate building, plenty of convenience nearby was dope too. The place is super close to the park and the vibe is chill. 🌿 Loved chilling by the outdoor pool and taking in the tranquil garden area. However, some minor room updates could elevate the whole experience a bit more.

Our family embarked on an unforgettable full, day tour of the Grand Canyon led by a charismatic guide. Immersed in the region's geology and vibrant history, the panoramic views revealed the wonders of the 20, mile, wide canyon, leaving us in awe.

My wife says that more kid, friendly activities would enhance the stay.

Grand Canyon Plaza offers spacious, comfortable rooms with a relaxing atmosphere. the incredibly friendly staff, like Suzie, is a treasure trove of information for exploring the Grand Canyon. Suzie's detailed insights and insider tips enriched my trip significantly. the mini fridge in the room is sizeable, making it convenient for storing food. the front desk staff was helpful in assisting with various needs. the short drive to the Grand Canyon National Park is super convenient.

Food quality was subpar. No jacuzzi available.

Despite some minor inconveniences, like having to walk outside to reach the first floor, the clean room and quiet environment made for a comfortable stay. Staff were lovely, but internet connectivity was an issue. Overall, a great experience.

The staff here was genuinely friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. They went out of their way to provide us with extra information to enhance our visit to the park. the location turned out to be perfect, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, giving us easy access to everything we needed. the bed was surprisingly comfortable, and the shower was very refreshing after a long day of hiking.

One thing that could be improved is the room doors, as they had large gaps that let in cold air from one side and strong chlorine smell from the hot tub on the other. It would be great if the hotel could address this issue to make the rooms more comfortable.

the hotel was clean and close to the park entrance - only a 5 min drive. near the imax theater we got some great tips from the concierge for our grand canyon visit. also, the spa area had a strong chlorine smell.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the location was great, just a short distance from some popular attractions. The King Suite was spacious and comfortable, with a separate seating area which was a nice touch. The only downside was that the coffee in the morning was not the best, but that was a minor inconvenience compared to the positives of the stay.

I always return to this hotel. I lost my car keys once and the staff went above and beyond to help me find them. It has everything I need: Free Wi-Fi, on-site parking, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center. Coming back for Christmas.

The views of the Grand Canyon from the balcony were absolutely breathtaking. I spent hours just sitting and taking in the natural wonder. An unexpected highlight was the portable museum, which provided interesting insights into the history and geology of the area. The hot tub was a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring.

The Grand Canyon Plaza Hotel's location is unbeatable, just a short walk from the National Geographic Grand Canyon Visitor Center and a quick drive to the Grand Canyon National Park. My room, although a bit dated, provided all the familiar comforts of home, and the option for a balcony added an extra touch.

Some of the staff could use more training in hospitality, especially at the front desk. While the breakfast buffet was average, the quality of the coffee stood out as one of the better cups I've had.
